AI Annotator Role

Are you a detail-oriented individual with an interest in AI? We are seeking a skilled AI Specialist to join our global team. As an AI Annotator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our products.

  1. Investigate and resolve reported issues through our ticketing system, including account support and potentially abusive content.
  2. Monitor reports of abuse on the site and enforce client terms of use.
  3. Stay up-to-date on client products and community standards.
  4. Use market-specific knowledge to find scalable solutions for improving user support.
  5. Analyse data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience.
  6. Recognise trends and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.
  7. Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

As an AI Annotator, your primary focus will be on investigating and resolving reported issues. You will also be responsible for monitoring reports of abuse, enforcing client terms of use, and staying up-to-date on client products and community standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong personal resilience and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy.
  • High adaptability and positive approach to challenges.
  • Ability to make decisions, prioritise, solve problems, and work as part of a team.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Consistently hitting KPIs on time.

Language Skills:

  • Fluent in the market language on a near-native level (C1-C2) in oral and written communication, with an in-depth understanding of culture and social trends in the region.
  • Advanced level of English (C1).
