Turner & Townsend is seeking a Lead Office Coordinator to support our Commercial Operations Department. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of large infrastructure projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing project administration and document management duties
  • Coordinating internal and external communications, meeting minutes, and diary coordination
  • Controlling and administering the Cemar Contract Management system and SharePoint Document Management System
  • Setting up and administering the Commercial Operations Risk Management System
  • Producing departmental reporting requirements for boards
  • Organizing attendance at conferences, workshops, and training sessions

We require an individual with excellent administration and interpersonal skills, who can work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team. You must have strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new systems.
