This role focuses on label coordination, ensuring accuracy and timely availability of label artwork and files. It involves cross-functional communication, detailed record-keeping, and hands-on artwork updates to support various teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Label Management
    • Detailed checking for label updates to ensure accuracy across all files.
    • Placing labels on hold as needed and verifying stock levels.
    • Archiving outdated label files following internal procedures.
  • System & Data Maintenance
    • Maintaining Excel tracking sheets and updating them as necessary.
    • Updating QAD system with label status and progress information.
    • Tracking label progress, communicating updates to relevant teams.
  • Customer Support
    • Collaborating with customers on label artwork creation and development.
    • Reviewing and verifying customer-supplied artwork and printer proofs for compliance.
    • Providing regular updates to supply chain teams on label development timelines and readiness.
  • Artwork Creation & Updates
    • Creatively designing and updating label artwork using Adobe InDesign.
    • Amending PDF files to prepare print-ready artwork files.
    • Converting legacy label files from QuarkXPress to InDesign as needed.
    • Generating PDFs for both print production and online use.
  • Documentation & Processes
    • Creating and updating internal procedures related to label creation, file management, and artwork verification.
