We are seeking a skilled Label Coordinator to oversee the organisation and upkeep of label artwork and files. This role will ensure accuracy, compliance, and availability to meet production schedules and customer requirements.

Job Description

The Label Coordinator plays a critical role in our company's operations, working closely across teams to maintain precise records and update artwork as needed. Key responsibilities include:

  • Label File Management: Organise, maintain and update label files, ensuring they are accurate and readily available.
  • System & Data Updates: Maintain Excel trackers to monitor label activity, update label status and progress within the QAD system, and track label development.
  • Customer & Supply Chain Support: Partner with customers to create and develop label artwork, review customer artwork and printer proofs, and keep the supply chain team informed on label timelines and readiness.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Acrobat (PDF editing).
  • Experience with QuarkXPress (QXP) and file conversion workflows.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., QAD).
