Job Purpose:

To provide a professional and efficient airfreight export services to internal and external clients.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Process freight bookings, monitoring shipments from booking to arrival at destination and customer payment
  • Offer high-level customer service to both internal and external clients
  • Liaise with airlines for optimal rates and transit times
  • Collaborate with warehouse and transport personnel on collections and processing of airfreight shipments
