Spa Therapist

Our spa seeks an experienced and passionate Spa Therapist to join our team. We believe that exceptional guest experiences start with an exceptional team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality treatments and services that meet the highest standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of facial and body treatments, including massages and facials, to guests in a professional and efficient manner.">
• Maintain a sound knowledge of all treatments, packages, and promotions to ensure accurate information is provided to guests.">
• Participate in demonstrations and events as required to promote our spa services and products.">
• Ability to take a proactive approach to understanding guests' needs and desires, ensuring each guest has a unique and memorable experience.">
• Comply with all health and safety requirements, maintaining a safe and clean environment for guests and colleagues alike.">
• Ensure opening and closing procedures are performed as per spa standards, maintaining high standards of appearance and personal hygiene.">

Requirements:

• ">
• Previous experience in a spa or wellness setting, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience desirable.">
• Internationally recognized beauty qualification (ITEC, CIBTAC, CIDESCO, or equivalent).">
• Experience in Swedish massage and other types of massage, as well as facials.">
• A warm and caring personality, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.">
• Motivated and able to work on your own initiative to achieve personal sales targets.">
• Advanced knowledge of skincare and the ability to educate and provide clients with superior skin analysis and prescription.">
• A true love and passion for what you do as a spa professional.">
• Punctual, self-organized, and having your own initiative.">
• Fluent English and flexible with hours (no late nights required).">
