Improve Employee Experience as a Benefits Specialist
Job Overview- Main Responsibilities:
- Provide expert support for employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
- Manage vendor partnerships and act as a liaison.
- Administer company and statutory benefits, partnering with global stakeholders to create a positive employee experience.
- Collaborate with the business to enhance process and systems solutions.
- Communicate system and process changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate documentation and data for systems and programs.
- Requirements:
- 2 years of HR Operations experience with a focus on benefits (preferable).
- Experience administering company and statutory benefits.
- Background in benefits-related projects focused on process improvement.
- Case management and HRIS experience, preferably with Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
