Senior Employee Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to take on a standalone role with responsibility for the full end-to-end employee experience within a growing organisation.
This includes managing the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to retention and exit processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing dashboards and reports on absenteeism, turnover, and engagement, and translating these into meaningful action plans.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage employee relations, including disciplinary procedures and grievances, in a fair and impartial manner.
- Support managers with practical solutions and empathetic guidance.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Drive training needs analysis and support staff development opportunities.
- Lead absence management processes and run engagement surveys and initiatives to maintain a positive workplace culture.
- 3 years + hands-on HR experience at Senior Generalist or Manager level.
- CIPD qualified, with strong knowledge of employment legislation.
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build trust across all levels of the business.
- Commercially minded, with experience aligning HR strategy to business goals.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter who enjoys autonomy and can balance day-to-day HR needs with longer-term projects.
