Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled technical support professional to join our team as a key member of our support group. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing expert guidance and support to customers and other team members.

This position requires a deep understanding of Forescout products and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues in various environments. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, utilizing their knowledge and experience to solve customer problems and provide specialist advice.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to document problems and solutions for internal and external customers. They will also possess a strong understanding of enterprise computing environments, networking principles, and security best practices.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance and support to customers and other team members
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex technical issues
  • Handle case escalations and solve customer issues on site
  • Work closely with engineering to relay product issues
  • Travel occasionally to customer sites for emergency technical issues
Requirements
  • 5-8 years' technical experience in a support role, preferably in an Enterprise-level support environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and ability to assess situations and adapt according to customer needs
  • Capable of documenting problems and solutions for internal and external customers
  • Strong understanding of enterprise computing environments, distributed applications, and networking principles
  • Hands-on experience in Windows and Linux platforms with a solid understanding of networking principles and security best practices
  • Understanding of system hardening processes, tools, guidelines, and benchmarks
  • Industry certifications such as CISSP, CASP, Security+, CEH, SANS
  • Advanced Administrator's level of understanding of Operating Systems (Linux, Windows, Macintosh, UNIX)
