
Account Growth Specialist

The Customer Account Manager role involves providing proactive support and service to clients via telephone or email. This position is responsible for maintaining and growing client relationships, increasing profitability, and enhancing overall client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities include understanding and selling card payment products, maintaining awareness of the business market and industry, following up with customers, and providing accurate reports on daily activity.
- Sell a range of merchant processing products and services to achieve set monthly targets and KPIs.
- Update CRM systems with communication outcomes and success.
- Act as an escalation point for internal and external client issues.
Qualifications include at least 2 years' experience in customer account management, evidence of hitting and overachieving revenue targets, and ability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio.
Other qualifications include excellent time management and organisational skills, proven relationship building and influencing skills, and broad commercial and financial acumen.

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, with an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work from other locations for the remaining days.
