Job Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Professional to join our dedicated Health, Safety Environmental Team.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in developing and maintaining effective HSE Systems/Programs at our manufacturing site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as Site Program Owner for several key Safety/Health programs such as contractor safety, high-risk permitting, confined space entry, and lone working.
  • Provide expert advice and technical support to ensure compliance with Safety/Health legislation, corporate standards, policies, and industry guidelines.
  • Support the development of a robust safety culture through integrated safety practices and open safety conversations.
  • Design and deliver high-quality Safety/Health training and communications initiatives.
  • Understand and implement Safety/Health requirements within a manufacturing environment.
  • Contribute to site audits and self-assessments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety (or related subject).
  • Minimum 2-4 years' relevant professional experience in a manufacturing facility (Pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry).
