Job Title: Credit Operations Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Credit Operations Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our debt ledger operations.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts, processing payments and invoices, and facilitating communication between departments. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement, as well as providing exceptional customer service and support.

In this role, you will work closely with our sales and pricing teams to ensure seamless execution of business operations. Your strong analytical and numerical skills will enable you to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer accounts
  • Process payments and invoices in a timely and efficient manner
  • Facilitate communication between departments
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in an accounts receivable/payable environment
  • Relevant qualification advantageous
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Full class B drivers license and flexibility to travel
