Maximising After Sales Performance

About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the success of After Sales operations in a nationwide territory. This field-based position involves working closely with After Sales Managers and Dealer Principals to achieve parts and accessory sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:
* Negotiate and agree dealer After Sales targets with ongoing performance reviews and analysis* Ensure dealer After Sales business plans are designed to continually improve their position within their area of influence* Evaluate dealer After Sales facilities and capacity planning* Monitor progress against the business plan via regular reviews* Conduct regular training sessions for dealer staff to ensure they are up to date with the latest after sales processes and technologies* Collaborate with sales managers and sales staff to develop and implement strategies aimed at growing accessory sales* Work in conjunction with Manager to achieve sales targets* Work in partnership with the Marketing department to ensure the successful implementation of After Sales marketing strategy and plans, incentives, and tactical programmes to deliver volume potential and exploit market opportunities* Assist in enhancing customer experience* Provide in dealer After Sales consultancy support and coaching on all relevant After Sales programmes* Collaborate with dealers to maximise retention programmes to increase retention of their local units in operation* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all initiatives* Attend weekly meetings, internal and external training when required
