Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Key Account Strategist to play a key part in delivering profitable market share winning plans with our wholesale and convenience customers.

This role will involve developing and leading the negotiation of annual customer business plans to deliver against internal and external strategies & KPIs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop commercial plans that optimise KPI delivery by analysing data sets (EPOS, Nielson, CIM, SRM).
  • Execute customer plans, provide excellent communication to customers, and complete required internal and external documentation.
  • Lead customer contact strategy and build powerful relationships cross-functionally at appropriate levels.
  • Deploy customer, shopper, and category insight to identify optimum portfolio mix for the customer and shopper.
Requirements
  • Fantastic breadth of sales or commercial experience under your belt, ideally within FMCG categories.
  • Passionate, tenacious, results-focused, and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment.
  • Commercial capability and experience of influencing across all levels.
  • Ability to flex your style while working in an environment that can be ambiguous at times.
  • Previous experience of conducting multi-faceted negotiations and strong analytical skills to interpret data.
  • Category management experience and understanding of forecast planning principles.
