Account Management Professional

We are seeking an Account Management Professional to manage customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate ledgers.

This role supports our financial health and helps strengthen customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer accounts, ensure timely collection of payments, and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Support the financial health of the company and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Work independently and meet deadlines under pressure.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in credit control or accounts receivable at least 2 years.
  • Strong knowledge of credit control processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
