Job Title: Key Talent Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Talent Strategist to join our team. As a Key Talent Strategist, you will play a vital role in supporting our teams across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and business leaders to drive organizational growth.
  • Oversee cyclical operational processes across assigned offices to ensure seamless execution.
  • Provide strategic input into people-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with local team needs and driving business results.
  • Drive performance management processes to cultivate a high-performance culture and foster employee engagement.
  • Lead local talent reviews, identifying key individuals and supporting their development plans to meet future business needs.
  • Coordinate and advise on promotion processes to ensure fair and merit-based decisions.
  • Manage employee relations matters, escalating issues when necessary to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Career Coach population, supporting their development and effectiveness in driving business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations team to address employee inquiries and resolve escalated queries in a timely manner.
  • Support the development and continuous improvement of our Career Coaches to enhance their skills and expertise.
  • Lead the Early Years Talent initiative, managing graduate and intern programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Facilitate graduate exam preparation and manage examination processes to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Engage with professional bodies to strengthen recruitment and elevate trainee standards, enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Support offices in meeting professional qualification requirements and nurturing early-career talent to drive long-term success.
  • Capture and relay learning and development needs from client groups/offices to inform business decisions and drive growth.
  • Plan and execute high-quality local L&D events to engage employees and drive business outcomes.
  • Partner with operations and talent acquisition teams to assess and forecast headcount requirements, ensuring accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Deliver key people metrics and reporting to inform business decisions and drive strategic action.
  • Contribute to people-centric projects locally and globally, driving business outcomes and improving employee experiences.
  • Support the setup and growth of new office locations, ensuring seamless integration and effective onboarding.
