Homecare Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Homecare Supervisor to join our team.

  • To undertake spot checks with healthcare assistants within the community, ensuring high-quality care is being provided to clients.
  • To conduct thorough client reviews, assessing their ongoing needs and making recommendations for improvement.
  • To communicate effectively with the Quality and Compliance team regarding HIQA and Incident Management.
  • To build and maintain strong relationships with the HSE, fostering a collaborative environment.

The ideal candidate will have:

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant health or social care background.
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Healthcare.
  • Full QQI Level 5 Major Award in Healthcare Support.
  • Level 6 in Supervisory Management.
