About Our Customer Support Team

Our team is looking for a dedicated individual to handle all customer interactions, providing top-notch support and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of service.

This role involves:

  • Taking responsibility for responding to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and written queries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensuring that all customer interactions are handled with courtesy and professionalism, meeting the highest standards of customer service.
  • Processing administrative documents to maintain service level agreements and record-keeping in accordance with company policies.
  • Implementing procedures that adhere to Treating Customers Fairly principles and the Consumer Protection Code.
  • Planning and organizing workload to ensure an efficient service delivery.
  • Recording and resolving any customer dissatisfaction, referring complaints as per company procedure.

About You

  • You will need a Leaving Certificate with two honours and at least a B grade in ordinary level maths.
  • A QFA qualification or active pursuit towards certification (to be completed within 9 months of joining).
  • Experience in the Life Assurance industry or Financial Services would be beneficial.
