Litigation Solicitor

Seeking an experienced Litigation Professional for a challenging role within our Counter Fraud department.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex cases, making a real impact in the fight against fraudulent claims. Key responsibilities include managing a varied caseload of litigated County and High Court matters, drafting court documents, and investigating potential fraud using intelligence and forensic analysis.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience handling litigated cases, ideally involving Vehicle Damage and Personal Injury (Defendant side preferred)
  • Knowledge or experience in insurance litigation and/or Counter Fraud
  • Skilled in forensic analysis and document review
  • Confident communicator with strong drafting and negotiation skills
  • Highly organised, detail-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
