Job Title: Business Development Manager

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Location: England, remote with 50% national business travel.

We're not just about delivering parcels. Our Supply Chain team is the world's leading logistics company and our Business Development team is at the forefront of driving growth and innovation across various industries.

We are actively recruiting more Business Development colleagues to strengthen our efforts in achieving ambitious strategy targets and meet growing customer demands.

This role will be focusing on selling contract logistics solutions for the Automotive industry, leveraging technology to meet business needs and identify new opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • You'll work closely with our expert teams to help customers grow their businesses successfully.
  • You can have an impact by really getting to know your customers and building strong relationships to better understand their needs.
  • No day is the same when you join us, and you'll constantly be learning how to solve new problems and find exciting solutions to the latest challenges.
Requirements
  • Proven experience selling third-party logistics contract solutions.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels.
  • To be results-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Have a strategic mindset and a passion for building long-term partnerships.
  • Have a high attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
