This full-time role involves creating a warm and welcoming environment for patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both patients and clinicians. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Supporting the clinical team in providing a great patient experience
  • Welcome patients to the clinic and manage their appointments efficiently
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and processing appointment payments
  • Following up on missed appointments and communicating effectively with patients and clinicians
  • Managing insurance company and corporate referrals, and assisting with third-party billing
  • Handling administrative tasks such as data inputting, scanning, filing, and postage
  • Generating and tracking regular reports for clinician completion
  • Optimising clinic efficiency and processes, and ensuring compliance with GDPR confidentiality requirements

Key skills and qualifications for this role include:

  • 1+ years' experience in a similar role (e.g., medical secretary / front of house / receptionist administrator)
  • Able to demonstrate competencies corresponding to the job description
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Fluent spoken and written English, and knowledge of AI systems for healthcare/administration is highly desirable
