We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team.
Job OverviewThe successful candidate will provide administrative support across various HR functions, including employee guidance and day-to-day inquiries. They will also assist with induction and onboarding processes, generate reports, and perform general HR duties as required.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures
- Handle day-to-day HR inquiries and administrative tasks
- Assist with induction and onboarding processes
- Collaborate with external agencies as necessary
- Generate reports to support business operations
- Working towards or possessing a Level 7 or 8 qualification in HR would be advantageous
- Prior experience in a HR administrative role would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
- Familiarity with HR processes and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
