
Expansion Manager

We are currently seeking a highly skilled professional to assist with our ongoing expansion. This role will suit a motivated individual who is interested in technology and sales.
Hybrid Technology Partners, a leading supplier of IT support, consultancy, ERP software, and software development services, has headquarters in Limerick and serves the southwest and Dublin regions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop relationships with existing clients, partners, and new customers.
2. Build and develop customer pipelines by:
- Profiling customers
- Building initial relationships and progressing opportunities
- Closing sales
- Networking
- Staying abreast of industry trends
3. Prepare and contribute to tender documents and quotations.
4. Learn and advocate for the company's full suite of products and services.
5. Coordinate with marketing teams to develop marketing plans.
6. Attend market and company events that drive business prospecting for your territory.
7. Work with onboarding and delivery teams to proactively address any obstacles with new customers.
8. Partner with Business Development Reps to set meetings with target prospective clients outlined and strategies discussed.
Requirements
1. Technically proficient with an interest in technology.
2. Proven experience in the technology sector.
3. Experience in using a CRM platform.
4. Business degree or similar.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. A team player willing to show flexibility in relation to working commitments.
7. Excellent spoken and written English.
8. Resident in Ireland or holder of Irish work permit.
9. Proactive with a positive outlook.
10. Full clean driving licence.
11. Punctual.
