Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding and retaining our existing customer base by building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
  2. Stay up-to-date on our current product offerings and take initiative to learn about our product roadmap to speak confidently when addressing customers.
  3. Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to understand customer health, ensure close strategic collaboration, and execute harmonious communication with accounts.
  4. Work together with account teams to develop account plans that identify new opportunities for expansion with current customers to increase their usage of our platform via new frameworks, security tools, etc.
  5. Manage the entire sales cycle of any expansion or renewal opportunity from first meeting to close, negotiating where necessary and pulling in additional internal resources where appropriate (solutions consultants, subject matter experts, etc).
  6. Accurately forecast monthly expansion and churn, and maintain a clean CRM instance with rigorous pipeline hygiene.
