Job Title: Accounts Payable and Payroll Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable and Payroll Administrator to join our finance team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to a high-performance organization serving some of the largest multinational clients in the medical device sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Time and Attendance System: Administer payroll processing, including tax submissions, reconciliations, and employee query resolution.
  • Process Accounts Payable Invoices: Handle high volumes of accounts payable invoices and credit notes across multiple currencies and legal entities.
  • Ensure VAT Compliance: Apply appropriate VAT treatment across various jurisdictions.
  • Main Point of Contact for ERP-Related Queries: Liaise with internal departments to follow up on outstanding items and ensure timely payment processing.
Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Desirable experience in accounts payable and payroll administration.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Strong overall PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills.
  • ERP System Experience: Advantageous experience working with ERP systems.

This is an onsite role with no hybrid working options available.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will support the day-to-day finance functions, including payroll administration, accounts payable, and general finance support. This position reports directly to the Accounts and Payroll Manager.
