Job Overview

Our team of professionals works on capital projects across various sectors.

We now have a requirement for a Contracts Administrator based in the Munster region, working on a large scale Pharmaceutical project.

Responsibilities
  1. Assisting with tender preparation, including handling queries during the tender period.
  2. Commercially evaluating all tender submissions.
  3. Negotiating with tenderers.

Post Contract duties include:

  1. Valuing progress on site for interim certificates.
  2. Determining amounts due to contractors for price variations.
  3. Valuing proposed instructions.
  4. Preparing responses to contractors correspondence.
  5. Deciding amounts of claims.
  6. Processing contractors insurances, bonds and collateral warranties; and valuating contractors final accounts.
Requirements
  • A degree in Quantity Surveying or similar qualification required.
  • Extensive experience in multiple sectors.
  • Life-science, mission critical and industrial experience welcome.
  • Ability to work on complex issues and report clearly and concisely.
  • Minimum 10 years experience carrying out pre and post contract duties.
  • Excellent organisational skills with ability to produce accurate work to project deadlines.
  • Strong reporting and communication skills.
