Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Junior Planner/Scheduler to join our team of professionals working on large-scale pharmaceutical construction projects. As a key member of the project planning team, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules using Primavera P6.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining detailed project schedules
  • Updating progress and reporting on key project milestones
  • Supporting the integration of subcontractor schedules into the master programme
  • Identifying potential delays and assisting in the development of mitigation strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project timelines and deliverables
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience using Primavera P6 in a construction environment
  • Exposure to large-scale construction projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic team
