Senior Sustainability Engineer

Are you a passionate sustainability professional looking to drive positive change through innovative design and engineering solutions? We are currently seeking a highly motivated Senior Sustainability Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dublin.

As a Senior Sustainability Engineer, you will play a leading role in developing and implementing sustainable design strategies across a range of high-profile building projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive sustainability assessments, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, and designers, and ensuring that all projects meet or exceed local and international sustainability standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sustainable design strategies across multiple building projects
  • Conduct comprehensive sustainability assessments and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Ensure that all projects meet or exceed local and international sustainability standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sustainability engineering, preferably within a design or consultancy environment
  • Strong knowledge of sustainable building certifications (LEED, BREEAM, etc.)
  • Proficiency in energy modeling software (e.g., IES, EnergyPlus) and life cycle assessment tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to clients and stakeholders
