Care Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Care Manager to oversee the provision of high-quality care to vulnerable individuals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing carers, delivering training programs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage carer onboarding, rostering, and training/development programs.
  • Deliver Platinum 20-hour Carer Induction Training to ensure carers are prepared to provide care to clients.
  • Monitor daily activities using One Touch Care Management software, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Communicate closely with the Support Office regarding scheduling, client care, and HSE communication.
  • Identify, monitor, and manage training needs within your team, developing a career development path in line with our HR strategy.
  • Ensure Client Quality Assurance reviews are carried out and recorded in line with our and HSE Standards.
Requirements:
  • QQI Level 6 Health Services Supervisory Management Skills (or higher)
  • 3-5 years' experience in Home Care or Community Care Sector in a Supervisory or Management role
  • Experience in using One Touch Care Management software is preferable
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-organized and process-driven
