About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team at Liebherr Container Cranes Ltd.

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the day-to-day activities of our Human Resources department.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and files for employees.
  • Inputting data into our HR systems, including Time & Attendance software.
  • Liaising with external partners, such as pension providers and insurance companies.
  • Producing reports and data insights to support business decisions.
  • Assisting with recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in HR/Payroll/Personal Assistant roles is also beneficial.
  • You must be highly organised, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
