About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating our HR systems, organizing employee records and files, and providing administrative support to our department.
  • This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update HR systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
  • Organize and maintain employee records and files in accordance with company policies.
  • Input data to the Time & Attendance system as required.
  • Liaise with external partners, such as pension providers and insurance companies.
  • Produce monthly data reports from various sources.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising and onboarding new employees.
  • Provide general administrative support to the department, including attending meetings and taking minutes.
  • Answer queries related to leave policies and general HR procedures.

Requirements:

  • A third-level qualification in HR or a relevant discipline is desirable.
  • Experience in HR/Payroll/Personal Assistant roles is desirable.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational capabilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to deal with various people at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
