Administrative Support Specialist

**Job Overview:**
We are Liebherr Container Cranes Ltd, a leading manufacturer of container cranes. Our company values hard work, dedication, and teamwork. We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our team.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating our HR systems, organizing employee records and files, and providing administrative support to our department.
- This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update HR systems to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Organize and maintain employee records and files in accordance with company policies.
- Input data to the Time & Attendance system as required.
- Liaise with external partners, such as pension providers and insurance companies.
- Produce monthly data reports from various sources.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including advertising and onboarding new employees.
- Provide general administrative support to the department, including attending meetings and taking minutes.
- Answer queries related to leave policies and general HR procedures.
Requirements:
- A third-level qualification in HR or a relevant discipline is desirable.
- Experience in HR/Payroll/Personal Assistant roles is desirable.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational capabilities, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to deal with various people at multiple levels of the organization.
- Strong numeracy skills.
