The Role:
We are seeking a temporary administrator to join our East Regional team in Dublin. The successful candidate will provide administration support to the East Regional office team for the Christmas Appeal 2024. This involves managing gift cards, vouchers, toys, and food donations from donors across the East region (Dublin, Wicklow, and Kildare).
Candidate Requirements:
- Education to Leaving Certificate level or equivalent.
- Familiarity with the Society's mission and values.
- Previous experience in administration and working in a busy office environment.
- Knowledge of financial controls and reconciliation is desirable.
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel and MS Word.
- Strong communication skills for face-to-face, phone, and written interactions.
- Health and Safety Training & Manual Handling Training (the role involves some physical work related to stock control).
