Installation Coordinators and Team Leaders


Overview

This role involves overseeing installation projects, ensuring they meet industry standards and compliance with Workplace Health & Safety. The position requires a team leader to supervise Installation Supervisors, Installation Assistants, and Signage & Pergola Installers across various channels.

The ideal candidate will have construction fitting/installation experience, initiative-taking and problem-solving skills, ability to read and understand architectural and/or project plans, drawings, and instructions to carry out required work, and a commitment to safety and compliance with Health & Safety policies and industry standards.

Responsibilities include traveling to sites, maintaining safety and security of company vehicle, tools and equipment, assisting in maintaining stock/inventory, and using scheduling/job card software.

Requirements
  • EU/EEA nationals require proof of right to work in Ireland. Non-EU/EEA nationals need current valid permission to work in Ireland.
  • Residents in ROI with PPS number & Irish bank account.
  • Valid Irish or EU driver's license and willingness to travel across Ireland, the UK and the EU.
  • Current SOLAS Safe Pass certification.
  • Ideally hold Manual Handling, MEWP and relevant industry certifications.
  • Two references from prior employment.
  • Experience in signage, vinyl, graphic or related installation is preferred but applications from other backgrounds are welcome.
  • First Aid certification desirable.

Contract Type & Start

The position is open for an immediate start with Full Time and Casual Contracts available. A 6-month probation period applies for all contract types. Successful candidates will be offered a contract dependent on experience, skill level and availability.
