Empowerment Career Facilitator

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver a tailored approach for individuals engaging in employment, while supporting employers with information on disability and legislation.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategies to enhance adults' employability by creating and supporting them in preparing for work opportunities.
  • Establish partnerships with employers to create job openings for adults seeking work experience and employment.
Requirements:
  • One year's relevant experience working with people with disabilities or in a career/employment role.
  • Experience of networking, building, and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Awareness of Safeguarding Vulnerable Persons/Child Protection.
  • Relevant technical qualification: QQI Level 7 or above in social studies, management, education, or a related discipline.

Key Skills and Flexibility Required: Essential flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Will require travel to all locations.
