Administration Officer Grade VI Payroll

Job Description:

The role of the Administration Officer Grade VI Payroll involves managing the payroll process for approximately 400 multidisciplinary staff and overseeing a dedicated team of payroll administrators.

The successful candidate will be responsible for administering monthly pension payments, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and HSE terms and conditions.

A high level of accuracy and attention to detail are essential for this role, as is the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the payroll process, including processing salaries and benefits
  • Oversee a dedicated team of payroll administrators
  • Administer monthly pension payments
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and HSE terms and conditions
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience of payroll administration
  • Extensive knowledge of statutory regulations and HSE terms and conditions
