Project Scheduler Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to lead complex capital projects in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with Primavera and a strong background in project scheduling.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, establishing project objectives, and ensuring goals and timelines are achieved.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing project schedules and project controls tools
  • Identifying project milestones and monitoring/reporting on same
  • Liaising with project management teams to provide regular schedule performance status reports
  • Providing valued input to Constructability Reviews
  • Establishing project schedule resource requirements
  • Developing and communicating tools for target completion of project goals

The successful candidate will have:

  • Degree qualification
  • 5+ years' experience with Primavera
  • Demonstrable experience in Project Scheduling of complex capital projects
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Projects, and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Clear communication and people skills
  • Good time management skills
  • A self-starter and decision-maker
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
  • A thorough understanding and experience of project coordination and management through the full project lifecycle
