Customer Service Coordinator Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all orders and queries from Benelux customers.
  • Build and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with the Benelux based team and customers to maximize sales growth with assistance from all appropriate resources within Teleflex.
  • Earn recognition as a key preferred supplier in the medical devices space.
Job Requirements
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to process orders received via telephone, email, etc., accurately and promptly upon receipt.
  • Handle customer inquiries, including order-related questions, stock status, deliveries, invoices, product information, literature requests, and sample requests, satisfactorily.
  • Address customer complaints promptly and resolve them to satisfaction.
  • Escalate product complaints to the relevant department.
  • Maintain regular contact with the warehouse and purchasing departments to coordinate deliveries and returns.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for designated key accounts.
  • Provide regular activity reports to management on key account involvement.
  • Liaise with the sales force regarding quotations, orders, product inquiries, and general customer information.
  • Process daily invoicing and billing corrections according to company policy.
  • Handle customer returns efficiently and in accordance with company procedures.
  • General Administration Tasks:
    • Adhere to the quality management system.
    • Participate in special projects as required.
