  • You will manage Motor, Household, and Van Insurance policies, ensuring accurate processing and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Liaising with insurance companies is crucial in addressing customer queries and instructions.
  • Offering expert guidance to customers across multiple product lines, including health, life, pension, investment, and mortgage products, is essential.
  • Processing customer payments and maintaining accurate records is a key responsibility.
  • Taking high-level customer calls, achieving targets while meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), is a major objective.
Requirements:
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment is vital.
  • A goal-oriented and target-driven mindset is necessary.
  • Excellent product knowledge and strong communication skills are essential.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are required.
  • A professional appearance and attitude are necessary.
  • An APA Qualification with the Insurance Institute of Ireland or equivalent experience is mandatory.
