Business Development Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of both new and existing accounts
  • Grow revenue within your accounts
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain client relationships
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and activate both new and existing accounts
  • Communicate new features and enhancements to the product team
  • Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and trends to internal teams and clients
  • Establish clear advertising goals with clients, including KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC

Requirements:

  • Experience in Advertising Technology or campaign management (online ad platforms)
  • Experience in a sales or account management role
  • Knowledge of online marketing trends
  • Client-facing experience and strategic insights
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Office G Suite)
