About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our Corporate Governance team in a broad range of company secretarial duties, including preparing agendas, collating and distributing meeting packs, drafting minutes, and maintaining action logs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing agendas in consultation with Chairs and committee members.
- Collate and distribute meeting packs.
- Draft minutes and maintain action logs.
- Follow up on outstanding actions from board and committee meetings.
- Support the review and maintenance of committee terms of reference.
- Contribute to the development of governance practices and procedures.
- Coordinate with support staff to schedule quarterly and ad hoc meetings.
- Assist with statutory filings and record-keeping.
- Support board and committee meeting logistics.
- Liaise with external service providers.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- ICSA qualification (or working towards) or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and report-writing skills.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working under pressure and managing stakeholder expectations.
