Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative support to Directors, Senior Managers, and Managers
Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
Book and prepare meeting rooms for staff and external visitors
Organise travel, accommodation, and prepare detailed itineraries
Support time entry and team timesheet management
Build strong relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
Help with a variety of admin tasks including expenses, purchase orders, scanning, and filing
Provide dedicated support to Partners
Raise service tickets, liaise with internal hubs, and follow up to ensure completion
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus, but not essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
High level of attention to detail and professionalism
Ability to work independently and solve problems as needed
Confidentiality and discretion are essential
