Job Description

This role is responsible for managing client scheduling, staff coordination, and ensuring compliance. You will be working closely with the Client Care Manager to achieve these objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate homecare placements across regions.">
  • Liaise with clients, family members, nurses, and caregivers regarding scheduling and roster information.">
  • Ensure timely filling of open bookings and effective communication with homecare workers and clients.">
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to address their changing needs and provide valuable scheduling feedback.">
  • Resolve employee queries in a timely manner.">
  • Evaluate staff compliance with company standards before placing them with clients.">
  • Verify adherence to payroll policies and procedures.">
  • Collaborate with the compliance and training department to ensure staff follow recommended practices.">
  • Maximize system utilization and log interactions with clients and temps effectively.">

  • The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment.">
