Job Title: Network Operations Professional

Description

Your responsibilities will include resolving incidents, maintaining and upgrading existing networks to current standards, and sustaining operations. You will also contribute to technical and procedural documentation. In this role, you will dive into minute details and drive operational excellence in every aspect of your work to deliver the best possible customer experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Working experience with IPv4, IPv6, BGP, IS-IS, and layer 2 technologies.
  • Good understanding of large-scale LAN and WAN networking technologies.
  • Knowledge of MPLS technologies, RSVP-TE, etc.
  • Experience with Juniper, Nokia, Arista, or Cisco routers.
  • Ability to coordinate and troubleshoot with internal and external partner teams.
  • Some proficiency with Linux preferred.
  • Flexibility to work in a day-time shift pattern.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Juniper JNCIA/JNCIP, Cisco CCNA/CCNP, or equivalent experience.
