Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a Parts Coordinator to join our team in North Dublin. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and efficient delivery of parts to the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-pick and plan parts for workshop jobs
  • Maintain accurate documentation and stock control
  • Liaise with suppliers for non-Volvo parts
  • Ensure all job cards are correctly populated for invoicing
  • Support warranty returns and provide quotes for workshop jobs


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Experience working with parts in the Automotive sector
  • Prior HGV or bus parts experience is advantageous
  • A full, clean drivers license is necessary
