About You
  • You will be a seasoned commercial professional skilled in building strong client relationships and achieving results.
  • You understand how to balance commercial priorities with project demands and are confident in managing risk and achieving financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead project procurement to successfully meet timelines, budgets, and goals.
  2. Ensure clear and consistent cost management practices are in place.
  3. Provide commercial reports for key stakeholders.
  4. Cultivate collaboration and knowledge sharing from pre-construction through project delivery to align teams on scope, budgets, and procurement plans.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and supply chain partners.
  6. Collaborate with project teams to actively assess and respond to risks and opportunities.
  7. Oversee the onboarding of subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring alignment with project capacity and expectations.
  8. Ensure subcontract and procurement documentation is comprehensive and protects company interests.
  9. Sponsor timely, contract-aligned client billing and cash collection.
  10. Promote efficient, contractually compliant practices across the supply chain.
