  • Address client inquiries promptly.
  • Document queries, research, and actions on our client management system.
  • Maintain customer/policy records.
  • Schedule appointments for clients.
  • Complete forms according to company procedures.
  • Process incoming mail and answer routine letters.
  • Review colleague's work to ensure accuracy.
  • Evaluate compliance with standards.
  • Adhere to company and compliance procedures.
  • Provide general office administrative support.
  • Learn new office technologies.
  • Prepare documentation for meetings.
  • Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships.
  • Attend events to build professional relationships.
  • Stay updated with industry developments.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Engage in process improvement strategies.
