We're seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.

Job Description

As a key member of our Client Services department, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences every day. Your primary focus will be on handling direct customer interactions via phone, email, and letters, providing solutions that meet their needs.

You'll take ownership of every customer interaction, ensuring issues and enquiries are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the business.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Provide guidance on products and services to empower customers to self-serve.
  • Explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
