Lex Consultancy Recruitment is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Manager to join its dynamic Graduate Talent team in a renowned legal firm.
Job DescriptionAs a Senior Talent Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future talent of the firm. You will oversee the full trainee lifecycle, from onboarding through to qualification, and manage placement rotations and secondments in alignment with business needs.
You will also support the execution of the broader Graduate Talent strategy, collaborate with the L&D team to deliver the trainee development programme, and lead and mentor junior team members, managing work allocation and development.
Additionally, you will liaise with the Law Society and ensure compliance with all regulatory training requirements.
Responsibilities- Act as the main liaison for trainees and partners on all HR and personnel matters.
- Oversee the full trainee lifecycle, from onboarding through to qualification.
- Manage placement rotations and secondments in alignment with business needs.
- Support the execution of the broader Graduate Talent strategy.
- Collaborate with the L&D team to deliver the trainee development programme.
- Lead and mentor junior team members, managing work allocation and development.
- Liaise with the Law Society and ensure compliance with all regulatory training requirements.
- Degree-qualified in HR or equivalent.
- Proven HR experience, ideally at management level.
- Strong background in employee relations and process management.
- A passion for developing early careers talent.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in professional services or legal environment preferred.
