Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities, aligning with client service level agreements and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor daily operational deliverables to ensure alignment with client service level agreements and high-quality standards.
  • Reconcile derivative instruments with Prime/Clearing brokers for all instrument types on the portfolio.
  • Produce Month End Risk reporting on portfolio assets to support NAV cycles.
  • Review daily Trade, Position and Cash Reconciliations to maintain high quality while meeting client SLAs.
  • Liaise with clients professionally to analyze and resolve open issues.
  • Demonstrate understanding of Risk Policies and Best Practice Procedures within the department.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external audit standards.
Qualifications
  • Degree qualified with 2+ years in Financial Services with strong knowledge of derivative instruments and hedge fund reconciliation processes.
  • Strong knowledge of hedge funds or mutual funds.
  • Proven experience with hedge fund reconciliations (cash, positions, and trades).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
