Operations Manager

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and strategic planning. Key responsibilities include managing payroll processing, staff documentation and record-keeping, as well as handling member subscriptions invoicing, receipting, and addressing payment queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer payroll processing and associated HR tasks including documentation and record-keeping for staff.
- Manage member subscriptions invoicing, receipting, and address payment queries.
- Oversee all financial transactions including payments, accounts payable, and receipts, accounts receivable.
- Assist in budget preparation and provide regular financial updates to senior management.
- Coordinate with external auditors to prepare quarterly and annual management accounts.
- Ensure the office operates smoothly, overseeing all administrative tasks.
- Manage office supplies, provisions, and catering for meetings and events.
- Coordinate building management and external service contracts.
- Support senior management and oversee travel and accommodation arrangements and bookings.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, resourceful, and enjoy working with a small team managing key tasks central to the operation of the organization.
